paulajane49 @susanshadow there are two layers of tulle. One layer of lining. It does not “poof” out. It definitely has more volume than a regular skirt. It’s very flowy. It looks just like the stock photos. I need to post actual photos of it which I will do today when I get home. It might add volume to a thin soft material skirt but not a lot if I’m explaining myself correctly😂😂thanks. I’ll let you know when I get some more pics up. 🤗🤗🤗
