@jaynie8 hi, they are gemmed except for the bottom. The bottom is fringed.i love them so much that I kept one. The fabric is so soft and silky feeling to the touch.

@summerhayden 😉 Honestly how does the fringe hold up after washing? I always use delicate cycle and hang dry these types of clothes.
