Can you clarify the chest being 14 or 28 . Where on dress is this measured ? So if i am 34c this will or will not fit? Looks like there is room in chest? Thanks for your time.

I’m trying to remeasure but it’s so difficult with the bat sleeve and the cross/over chest. Would say you could go a few more inches. I could have someone try it on if you give me a couple of days
