J. Crew Brown & White Polka Dot Halter Dress NWT

New with tags! Classic J. Crew sundress. Halter style that ties at neck, deep V neckline, open back, pleated skirt. Medium weight fabric with white polka dots on brown background, fully lined. Zipper in back. Shell 100% cotton. Never worn. Measurements laid flat: empire waist (under bust) 13”, length from waist to hem 28”. Size 2, but the sizing on this dress runs a little bit large (I usually wear a size 4 in J Crew), so please refer to actual measurements...empire waist is 26" (no stretch).
