VTG Sailor Collared Navy & White Maxi Dress

Adorable VTG sailor style maxi dress. No material tag but feels like a poly/rayon blend. Has a few flaws, collar has a lipstick mark & a couple of other spots, 1 spot on collar is ripped but all look like easy fix & a good cleaning. Zips down back w/an attached belt at sides that buttons in back w/4 adjustable buttons. Collar is an overlay ruffle style. Has some deodorant marks underarms. Best fit a smaller size, 0-4. 13in waist flat, 16in UA to UA flat. No stretch. Pls ask any questions!
