Vintage silky 80s does 40s roses JT Dess w/ belt

Gorgeous bold purple and black roses dress with matching belt. The silhouette is very 40s, but made in the 80s. Buttons down the front to waist, and lovely big button at the top. In good condition, no stains or tears. Shoulder pads attached inside. Measures 21” flat across under the arms, 47” length. The belt best fits waists 24” to 28”, so fits close to a modern day size Small or XS. 100% polyester, made in USA.
