carrolblass @prada2dolce - approx 2 inches. I made them, if you need them smaller or longer, I can make adjustments. I do this quite often, some have longer or shorter necks. I personally like to make "shoulder dusters", but also I truly understand. Thank you for asking..... Carrolyn
