It is a beautiful deep navy blue. Lady Mary or the Countess of Grantham would definitely wear this. The textured velvet is a curvy floral leaf pattern. Lightweight and flowing. Measures 29” shoulder to bottom of material. Fringe adds 12 inches. Armpit to armpit measures 23”. Necklace not included. No trades.
