xquisitenovelty @elenap13 No prob. You're welcome. The waist is 34 inches. Note: My mannequin is a size 4 but the skirt set is a 10 so there is room, it is a stretchy material. I expanded it to get the most accurate measurements possible. I ran out of characters in the listing so I couldn't add anymore details there. 😊
