queenofkicks72 @dominiquec ok I tried on the youth 5.5. I am a 7.5. My foot fit in because the material is stretchy but they were too small. I think they would fit a size 7 perfectly. Another woman bought the equivilant of 8.5 and returned them because she said they were too large for her. This is why I say they may run large but I think you'd be good with the youth 5.5= womems 7
