Vintage velvet jacket

I haven't been able to find this designer on the internet, but this little jewel has fared quite well over the years. Photos hardly show the detail of this peplum jacket with raglan sleeves, round ruffly collar, and covered buttons. 50% polyester 50% avril (a vintage fabric/fiber). Dry clean only. Size 5
