kizmogirl I am having trouble. I purchased some shoes. Poshmark shows delivered,”. I have not accepted because I never received them. The site is requesting feedback & wont let me communicate with you about the purchase. I need to know the tracking info on the shoes & where they were delivered. Please advise.

lizspikol Hi, Posh and USPS are both saying the silverware package I ordered from you was delivered but it wasn’t. It seems to be a USPS screwup but in order to report it they are requesting a lot of sender information that I don’t have. Not sure what to do!

lizspikol @wendymsandy Great. I submitted a report to Poshmark as well. The postal service is asking for the address it was sent from, the type of insurance on it, whether it was a post office that sent it out...that kind of thing. I can enter all the info if you get it to me or you can submit the claim, either way.

mjow45 Hey Wendy I have a question. I sold some shoes. Didn't really think they would sell and busy with life caring for mom etc. When I got shoes out of storage they were different meaning one shoe was almost stained a bit. Doesn't look as clean as other. I don't want to sell them to person looking like that honestly. I contacted them telling them and am awaiting a response. Any idea of what I should do. id rather be honest about.

kcbright Hello! I purchased the Trina Turk bottoms from you. They are scheduled to be returned today. I noticed from tracking info. that I sent you two packages. The one you’re receiving today is the right one. I also placed a copy of the same label on another item and it went out you yesterday. You can check the tracking on your item and see there’s another one on the way. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience.

sewbtc It appears as though the shipment has not been scanned yet therefore it is not Tracking. Would you mind reaching out to whomever you deposited the packages with and ask them what’s going on?
