Kono New York dress

Beautiful vintage, vibrant orange with white polka dots dress is a must have for any summer wardrobe. The fabric is probably polyester, but soft and flowy. There is a small almost imperceptible spot on the front (pictured). The front of the dress has a snap closure at the bodice and a hook and eye at the waist. Waist is elastic and stretches from 22”-32”. The belt measures 34 and 3/4 end to end and 30.5 from end of the buckle to the middle belt hole.
