I'm going to figure this out for you, though! I'll make it right. Posh doesn't do returns, but what I think I can do is get your original shipping label from my email, and send you a replacement, no exchange necessary. With some more little gifts to make up for it! I'll get it figured out for you :) And again- so sorry!

So I was able to look up the original shipping label in my email :) even though I only had 1 sale the day you purchased, I just want to make sure the info on the shipping label matches up so I can be sure I mail this replacement right to you! :) I won't ask you to reply with your address or anything lol... but how about this: if you're comfortable, you could reply w the first name on your shipping label, or you could even just tell me the first letter of your first name on the label
