EUC Express Flowy Top in Black w/ white flowers

I love this top. The fabric is soft. It flows away from the body so it’s actually very flattering and longer in the back than the front. It comes with a removable string to lace up the top but I prefer it without it and just with a black tank underneath. 100% rayon. Hand wash but is fine on delicate. XS But runs big so can fit anyone who wears an XS, Small or likely a medium. Absolutely no signs of wear and has only been worn a few times.
