valenofficial @megslouise Hi Megs, sorry for the late response! Yes this dress is altered, though I purchased the option with extra length. I am 5'5" and I wanted it to hit the ground while wearing flat sandals. The top of the dress to the bottom is approximately 56 inches (142 cm), and the underarm of the dress to the bottom is about 47.5 inches (120 cm). I hope that helps!
