Practically brand new. Worn one time then sat at the bottom of my closet for years!. In nearly perfect condition. Tread on the bottom of the shoe is completely untouched. Has velcro straps. Tops of the shoes have a minor bit of scuffing but can easily be rubbed off, photos included.
