Athleta cropped leggings small black grey stripe

Gently used, worn and washed no more than twice, cropped Athleta leggings in size small. 88% polyester 12% Lycra. They have a thick waistband, but I’m not sure if they are high waisted. I think they sit on the natural waistline. Color is black with grey horizontal stripes.
