It is a resin based plastic. Overall Width of Frame 5 1/2” Lenses almost 2 1/2” (top to bottom)Frame arm bent part almost 2 1/2” 3 1/2” from bent to edge of frame no scrapes or smudges! ❤️This is in fact Vintage I try to post all visible flaws❤️
