sunmommy @magic1111 Hi! Random spot to put this pic, sorry, the listing didn’t have anymore space. Please see the last photo that I uploaded showing that the size 4 is a tad over 14”. I would definitely be comfortable saying it’s 14” flat 28” total 🌸☀️🌸

sunmommy @magic1111 My pleasure! That is absolutely up to your discretion. You could take it to a tailor and have it taken in for $10-$12 if you felt that was needed. I don’t think it is meant to be too fitted, and of course I don’t know how the fit would be on you. Correct I do not have a 2. Follow your instincts! 💜💜💜
