Jewel Blue Dress

Great for special daytime event, or semi-formal event for Spring or Summer. Short sleeves, calf-length (I’m 5’10”). Satin ribbon accent trim on bodice. Empire waist. Front slit on one leg. Back string tie. I’ve worn twice—to a Graduation and to a Wedding. You’ll turn heads!!!! This is much prettier than photo depicts.
