@cmebythesea these tops are a true fit but I wouldn’t say snug. It just depends on how you like your activewear to fit. If you go a side up it will be loose fitting for sure. SIC is not an acronym. It’s a surfing term that surfers use. Let me know if I can answer anymore questions for you.
