amyjpierce @caw031 no worries I understood you just fine! You were right the first time. When the garment is laying flat that is the diameter across and that's what i was asking for. The circumference would be the larger measurement that you just posted. These measurements do reflect closely to what this size usually measures it's just a little too small for me, thank you ;)
