@gingerberry123 Hello Ginny, base on Lululemon's chart size for size 12 is XL.
If you have a pair of leggings that fit you right, I am sending you the approximate measurements, for this size 12 legging:
waist, 15 1/2" x 2
Rise, 11"

It has Lycra so is it a stretchy material.

Thanks Jenny for the measurements. My most comfortable pair is between 151/2 & 16.
I was reading some of your other measurements , in a size 10 some were 16in at the waist w/same rise.. I’m all little confused right now about paying that much & not having it fit. If u decide to lower the price I might take the risk. Let me know...thanks again g.g.

The price tag says $116, are you going to sell these at a resonable price? saying they are $777 does not make this a legit deal, when posting the actual price tag.
