Checkered summer dress

Originally purchased from Vici, this black and white checkered dress crosses at the front and has an adjustable tie that can be tied up at the front or back. The sleeves and hem of this dress are ruffled and the back of the dress is lined. Size small but runs fairly small so is more like a xs. Never worn but does not have tags on it.
