K. This is what I said: I think you missed the point. Poshmark isn’t a garage sale or the goodwill store. It’s rude & insulting to make such a low ball offer to anyone. You know the value of a Hermès scarf, so please be respectful. Keep in mind the item’s value vs how little you can get it for when shopping anyone’s closet. It’s common curtesy; I’m sure you do not like it when it’s done to you.

🙌Preach🙌 I feel like most Poshers have good prices in general. Like you said, if someone doesn't like them then they can shoot an offer but offering $20 for something that retails for $300 is trashy, not classy 💎

@valjohnhank That’s ridiculous. Your closet is priced unbelievably fairly. You KNOW these people know what something is worth when they’re lowballing like that, too. That’s what makes me angry- many of these people are sellers themselves! I actually had to raise a lot of my prices in order to give myself negotiating room. I wish I could just put everything at a set price and people just clicked “buy.” Having to negotiate means having to put up with a lot of crap!

I do the same and support this 💯!! I also block people who leave rude comments on my listings such as saying that the item is on sale on another site. Like great! So many rude people on here but still so many lovely people as well!!!

@pinksquirrel17 Well be careful about that, I blocked 3 different people just to have them turn around and open a fake account and purchase it! Obviously they weren’t very smart and I canceled the sale immediately. I was caught off guard last week by a fake account that was created in 2018 by a buyer who was obviously blocked so many times her 1st month Feb. that she made the fake account in March! I’ll tag you in my listing so you can see the names & BLOCK BOTH! She gets a huge 🖕🏼from me.

Sometimes I will go up on the price for better cushioning to give a much better Offers & shipping! I’m the Owner Operator! I operate according to the potential buyer behavior. I mirror their behavior bk to them! A true customer begets an Appreciative Seller!🤗 A true slick gets 🚫🚷⭕️ Blocked! Keep your items listed! Share your closet often! It’ll pay off!

I've now dealt with several who do not accept their packages & I have to wait the full 3 days before being paid AND they don't rate or leave a note either 🤷🏼♀️ I ALWAYS wrap packages good & enclose some kind of free gift. Why would they not accept & rate? I see they're online and just wanna ask ”what the heck?!” Just curious if any others have this problem often? Seems like I'm having one every other week now. Ugh. I'm not in this for the money per se.

I just wanted to make a little something right now ., so decided volume because I’ve got lots of stuff. All my sales since the first of the year in going towards a cash gift for my granddaughters graduation from college in May . That’s sad. I disagree with the blocking attitude unless someone gets hateful. Your items are already reasonably priced. But I have some items on certain days Id take 50% or less for the items. Other days I’m firm. Some people get offended at a 50% offer, Others would grab it up. The real thing is just don’t get offended. Let them know what you will take for bundle and accept or offer different amount.
