Criss Cross Pencil Skirt

IN GOOD USED CONDITION!!! Only one place that looks like the lining may have gotten caught in the zipper on inside, see the pic. White w/navy blue polka dots, has 8” visible zipper on the side, fully lined, is 16.5” in length, waist is 14”, hips are 18”.
