Rachel Pally red dress, strapless with tie

Rachel Pally red strapless dress with tie at waist. Fitted underneath with loose fit over wrap layers that allow the dress to look a bit flowy instead. Doesn’t give it that snug look. Worn once. Super cute. Photo shows tag but was removed for the one time I wore it.
