The top could easily be worn either way, on shoulders or off and has a tie on the front bottom as the back is slightly lower than the front. yoshie2018 @lovethesun99 The XXL would for a 1x which would fit a 16 to an 18. I wear a 1x and have enough room in the XXL. The material is stretchy and very soft. I do have measurements for each of the sizes in the description. Hope this helps you out, if you need anything else just let me know 🤗

yoshie2018 @amglove These seem to run true to size. Check out the measurements, I took each one out and individually measured. You're not bothering me at all, I'll be more than happy to answer any questions. We're a little out of sorts these days, just found out last week that our gsd has lymphoma, such a shock to us. I'm afraid she is not going to make it through the weekend 😒

Your loosing your fur baby 💔😭😭😭😭😭😭 i can only pray that both your baby and you have some loving moments right now and that she is not in pain.
