whitneyfed221 Carl, this is how I received the hat in the mail and it was fine. If the item is damaged, return it, send it back. If you contact support they can reimburse you. I apologize that the hat is completely ruined- you as the buyer have the option to not accept it. If you’re going to leave such a nasty review feel free to decline the item. If you are too unsure on how to decline an item or get your money back email me and I will send you your 7$, shipping.

beccah1123 I wanted to apologize to you! I've been in the hospital and did not realize the MM hats had been posted. My MIL has been trying to help me out since I've been down. I have a ton of stuff to post and a ton of stuff to drop off at 1 of the clothing bins. She unfortunately has posted stuff from different piles. I have my method of sorting and she wasnt aware. I will be more than happy to refund as those weren't suppose to be listed in the first place. Again i apologize!
