Hey doll! Wanted to give you a heads up on your order. I dropped it off Thursday at usps. Ours is closed on weekends due to covid and just reduced hours. They haven’t scanned it yet it seems but I did drop it off! Should get scanned on Monday!

@willowlane omg I know right?!? 😂 I’m in Peoria Az and it’s been here in Phoenix Az for dayyyyyys and it hasn’t moved 😑 It still says it’s in transit... I have no idea what’s going on 🥴

@maddylouzmama06 when this happens to me I go to the local usps, I don’t know how it is there though. I have a main one I go to that I know is the spot that delivers my mail. They usually will find it and make sure it gets to me the next day or sometimes if it’s in the building they just give it to me.

@willowlane yeah it’s weird here - my Peoria one is at least a half an hour away from me but it hasn’t even made it to that location yet. It says it’s been here since the 8th and it at the central annex Phoenix location. I have no clue where that would be. We have so many of them 😕 I should probably file a tracking claim or something because this is ridiculous.

@maddylouzmama06 that’s exactly what I’m showing too. I know things are slower right now with just holidays and covid but yeah.....it’s taking a hot minute for something you paid two day shipping on. Honestly it couldn’t hurt to send an email, could make them faster on that one.

@willowlane hi friend 🙋🏻♀️ still haven’t heard anything on my end. I filed a claim with Poshmark and I called my local usps who had no information on ANY of the 4 packages from posh I’m waiting on 😑 one of them I ordered on November 30th!!! I’ll let you know when I hear something 🙂

@willowlane So! I called a 1-800 number and spoke with someone who connected me to my local office. They were not helpful at all but they did say they’d look into it and reconnect with me. I asked for the central Phoenix locations numbers and they said that they’re large warehouses that don’t accept customer service calls... 🤨 Really? It’s like it’s a big secret or something 🧐
