tleemcv @manukas Hi! Your question led me to investigate this item more thoroughly. My Mom told me it was a Boyd's piece. But I don't see a stamp. Only that the frame was distributed by Clorwood out of Clearwater, FL. I can't find any information about this company, only that they are closed. So, thanks for your question, I'm going to take the name Boyd's Bears off of the item. Have a good one!
