Women’s jackets and coats

This “dazzler” women’s jacket is 100% cotton, dry clean only. Turtle neck not included. It fits mid hip (23 inches shoulder to hip). Sleeves are the same. It has a zipper closure in front. It is marked Extra Large, but I wear a size 12 and it fits beautifully, so I would suggest size 14 would be the largest it would fit. Perfect weight as an outer jacket in Spring or fall. Inside, anytime but hot summer. It’s bright...bold...and beautiful!
