@alisonholmes201 hi thanks for your question! it fits slightly oversized if you're a XS, so it can also fit up to S, even M for a tight fit. The fabric is smooth and flowy with some stretch. Measures 17.5" across, 26.5" length. I added more photos to show the measurements!
