@carrie_glass I actually think the small would be better based on the average waist for size 6. But, I would recommend you refer to the measurements to be exact. These jeans have a lot of stretch, so it is best to size down versus up. XoXo, Denise

@kgtsgamma Sizes vary greatly by vendor, so the measurements in the listing are the best way to ensure you get a size that fits you. If it helps, I wear a 14 and I wear the XL, but they are stretchy. Sorry I missed your earlier question. I try to keep up with all of them, but sometimes I miss a few as I get a lot of them per day. I only have a few pairs of these jeans left. XoXo, Denise
