Lucy Paris black midi dress never worn with tag

My aunt bought this for me to wear to a gala. It was the wrong size which was so unfortunate. It’s a mesh material with polka dots and a slip material underneath. Ribbon at waist. I’m 5”4 and it reaches slightly above my knees. So chic!
