All leather. Made in Italy. I bought these from the Via Spiga boutique in South Beach Miami in the 90’s and they are really comfortable with plenty of life left. Sort of a patent leather finish that should clean up some more. A few nicks in the platform and marks consistent with age. Tried to show all in photos. Pale peach color.
