bweave4 @windgate435663 Hi Windgate, It is not a new dress. I have worn it several times to proms where I was a staff chaperone. It does have a few sequins missing but it is not really noticeable to others. As far as true to size. I normally wear a 12 and this fit me fine with room to feel comfortable (incase I ate a little too much). It has a built in slip and then then layers of then ruffles. It’s made of 100 Poly.
