Brown spatter dot summer dress

Skirt is lined in black satin type fabric. Tie details on shoulder. Side zip. Nice ruching in front and at shoulders. Hits at knee. I am 6' and shouldn't have been wearing a petite dress, so on an average person it will be below the knee.
