Super cute!!!! Hooded and fringed! 😍😍😍

This is the cutest vest and/or bathing suit cover. It is cream color with fringe around the bottom and also has a hood. This has never been worn. I purchased this at a small boutique in Kentucky. Size M. Tag says Flamingo
