I have 11 inch feet & came up with women's 12 on this chart - this is consistent with trying on a pair of 12M pumps at a thrift store & them seeming to fit. Wish your 13s would fit me, this is a great deal!

thebutterzone Also, I think the 12s I tried on were these same Dexflexs but black, and there was perfect distance of breathing room for the toe, so I can't risk a mis-sizing under Poshmark's no-return-for-missize policy, sorry. Can you add a photo of the inside of the left shoe where the sizes are? We can try to cross-reference them against conversion charts to foot-inches.
