THIS fun and funky top appears to be a vintage piece. Could not find it anywhere online and the tag appears to be of VINTAGE TYPE. THE neckline is silver that looks like a rick rack stitch. It is only on the front neckline. There is elastic at the waist and holes that are on either side as you can see in the picture. This blouse on would look like it has butterfly wings. Very unique, unusual and like brand new. Colors are beautiful/lime green, turquoise, browns, rusts and blues. Ladies/Jrs?

whimsicaldaze @dmattes27284 I measured the elastic waist stretched out and it is 17" flat stretched...so up to a 34" waist all around. From neck to bottom is 24". from neck to the waistband is 13". i added 7 more pics for you with the top lying flat. Hope this helps.
