jasalon @jennifermcgi98 ok so Armpit to armpit lying flat is 20” across..From the center of the scoop neck down The middle to the end of the shorts 24”... from the elastic waist band to the end of the shorts is 14”... lying flat hip to hip is 23”... and elastic waist band is 14”.. it is fully lined and the straps are adjustable... I hope that helps😊
