elewis1041 Hello we received the boots , but we are not happy with the inside of the shoe . The insert inside is coming up the glue didn’t hold . It’s black stuff on the sole of the shoe. elewis1041 Hello It’s me again, I not sure how posh mark works but I will never purchase through them again. I want to know if we can just mailed the boots back to u directly? Can we get our refund back? I email them since 12/24 and the only thing they ask was to describe what happen. I sent them the same information I sent you and never heard from them again.

Also we can send you another pair. I can not share phone numbers or address here. They already warned me for doing it.
