🌞2/$12🌞 Yellow Top or Skirt

This same piece can be worn as a cute mini skirt or as a strapless top. Stretchy spandex with a sheer pleated overlay in light yellow is very flattering and best worn with a tan 🌞 my personal fave with olive green khakis and sandals. Pics on models only to show similar fit. With stretch/spandex layer underneath and pleated chiffon overlay this is much more flattering. Measurements: waist/ p2p is 15" (stretches) hip/bodice 16" and t2b is 15"
