Maybe a different manufacturer would be better. If this is something you want to try just let me know or I can try to figure something else out. I'm very sorry this has happened I never had a safety chain do this before so maybe this is the manufacturer cuz I do use different manufacturers for safety chains.

I'm just so sorry that everything happened the way it happened. I understand how you feel because I've been there drowning in certain situations with my health so I know exactly how you feel. Just let me know how you need to get your money back I think you just need to open up a case and they will ask for a return and that's how you can do it.
