This is an adorable twist on the classic pencil skirt. It has extra side seams that are curved to divide the skirt into 8 slightly flared panels that give it a tiny bit of flutter when you walk. This was one of my favorite pencil skirts to wear during training and I really wish it still fit me! The fabric is a light khaki suiting fabric , there's a back zipper and it is fully lined. Waist measures 30" and length is 20.5".
