Hi, what are measurements, im 53, 200 lbs and could skirt be shortened to knee length do you think?

@siouxhoff hi! Here the measurements: for the top: shoulder to shoulder is @22, chest @42, length @21. It’s off the shoulders so that measurement is for that and the sleeve is a half sleeve measure @17 but I guess I doesn’t matter where it falls. The bottom: waist is @40 and the length is @36. Since it has the satin ruffle on the bottom you might have to lose that or take it up from the top of the skirt. Should have room to take in in both pieces. It’s very week made. Thanks!
