This dress is a classic. Strapless sweetheart top (with boning) with 4 panels making up the gradual flare of the dress. You can wear it to anything. It’s very comfortable and elegant. I bought it for a wedding but didn’t end up wearing it. Now it doesn’t fit me. It comes with an optional waist tie. Fully lined.
