She sends you a bunch of garbage but changes the address so tracking shows as delivered to a different address but they never send the bag. When it’s less than $500 it doesn’t have to go to poshmark so they send garbage to a diffferent address.

laysmommy15 @chicdiane poshmark will see through it. They are pretty helpful. Also keep track of the package with your post office. Once poshmark recognizes the scam they refund you the money. Be sure to put there there is a problem with your order once it says you’ve recieved it. That way they open up a case. If you don’t do this, the seller gets your money after 4 days.

I’m pretty sure it’s the same seller just a different name and she blocked me first thing once she made the new account so I couldn’t warn anyone so yes definitely the same seller. She won’t respond. You just have to keep track of the package that you will never receive! Open a case with poshmark once it says item delivered. You will get your money back but it’s quite a hassle. I’ve learned my lesson for Chanel priced under $500.

The other two sold over 500$ and have to go to Posh headquarters if the seller doesn’t cancel herself. So they may be safe either way. But my $400 may be difficult to prove if for example box comes empty or a dupe with stolen sticker from an authentic which seller keeps and places on dupe. Am I getting the scam now? ♥️

Posh used to take them down fast . Now they are allowed to just scam people. Most people give in but when you comment and provide feedback they retain their power and fight to get their money back.

I had them authenticated and they were fake. This was also a “reputable” seller. I don’t understand why people lie about their items. Some people get really offended when I tell them something is fake (not just the sellers the buyers too.)One lady told me that she will still purchase a Chanel sweater for $900 knowing it’s fake!

I try to inform sellers. They do encourage buyers to ask questions and request more pics prior to buying.

lydiah721 I made an offer didn’t realize it was fake. Search the serial number up it was not correct year. But I couldn’t cancel it. I contacted poshmark already. Hopefully they could cancel for me before shipment.

laysmommy15 @lydiah721 yes the serial number is commonly used for many fake bags. Don’t worry something similar happened to me recently and poshmark helped me to cancel the order once they saw it was fake. Good luck dear

Like I said the canceled sale doesn’t bother as much as much as the overall picture. Poshmark used to be such a great community until people could easily be bought and manipulated here.
